• Avocado Pesto Pasta
Nutritiously Kate is my story in the form of all the foods and recipes that I enjoy. Enjoying foods and understanding the many health benefits is what helped me to get passionate about cooking and regain control over my health. Gaining a love for food again, allowed me to find my happiness. All my recipes are vegetarian. Being the only vegetarian in the house, meant getting used to cooking for one, so I have aimed my recipes for serving one – I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Beautiful Breakfasts

It is worth taking some time to prep, even the night before and then it can be so quick and will set you up for the day. I will look at the healthy options that can easily work for a quick healthy breakfast

I do enjoy a sandwich but I like to vary what goes into it and trial different combinations. By varying what we eat for lunch, we are ensuring a bit a variety and introducing nutrients from a range of different foods.
